This company recently dismissed an employee that was on FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act)leave. She just had a baby!
Because she had Child Care restrictions she no longer had OPEN Availability (defined by Younkers as being available 1 hour prior to, during and 1 hour after store operating hours Sunday through Saturday).
A letter from the employer confirms this statement!
Your FAMILY or YOUR JOB??? This is not a choice! This is tragedy! Have a baby, loose your job!
If you have children, think about this before you spend your money at Younkers, Younkers Furniture Gallery, Bon-Ton Stores or Elder-Beerman Stores.
